Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant KreatorKast the license needed to host, transcode, and distribute your content to listeners, feeds, and podcast apps you choose.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, no impersonation, and no attempts to bypass access controls on paid courses, memberships, or private media.
Monetization
Tips, memberships, and course sales are between you and your supporters. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, deliverables, and any applicable taxes.
Moderation
Listeners can report content. We may review reports and restrict content or accounts that violate these terms.
Termination
You may stop using KreatorKast at any time. We may suspend accounts that create legal risk or repeatedly violate acceptable use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
